Advanced Logistics Network (ALN) has developed a final mile program for local, regional, and national shippers who wish to pursue an e-commerce strategy of delivering directly to a residence, congested area, job site, or a small commercial location. Shipments can be delivered directly to our final mile carriers’ dock, or our carriers can pick up the shipments from the customer’s distribution site. Our carriers arrange for delivery, make the delivery, and provide the necessary documentation for the customer in a timely manner.

The ALN current customer base has a variety of products, which require delivery in vehicles as small as a Sprinter van or as a large as a 53’ dry van, and everything in between. The normal delivery is made in a 26’ box truck with liftgate. Shipments may require two associates for the delivery, pallet jacks, dunnage return and disposal, or the use of a forklift. Each carrier has a dock and the appropriate equipment to service their designated metro area.

ALN arranges for the carrier to be qualified to meet your requirements and qualification process. You will have direct access to each of these asset-based carriers, if you so choose. Each carrier has been vetted for safety, compliance, and insurance coverage meeting your guidelines. The carrier rates are provided in a standard format, which is typically based on weight and mileage bands.

Advanced Logistics Network LLC represents asset-based carriers within metropolitan areas to offer local delivery services. These carriers can provide dry vans, reefers, or flatbeds for local pickup and delivery. They can provide dedicated or project-oriented services. In many cases, they have warehouse space with cross docks available. These carriers can also provide a power only service if the customer needs to move or shuttle trailers.

We have the experience of asset-based carrier ownership and an extensive network of trucking companies on which to call, for almost any situation or need. Our carriers will provide exceptional service, safe operations, and compliant fleets at a competitive cost. Advanced Logistics Network provides national asset solutions for flatbed, step deck, lowboys, RGN, and extendable for our customers specialized transportation needs.  Our carrier base has the expertise and equipment needed to handle even the most complex of transportation requirements.  We can provide logistical support to handle your complex heavy and over-dimensional loads.

Our experienced resources will help you navigate through the surveys, permits, escorts, load securement, equipment, routes, schedules, security, and timing of your loads.  We will map out the process and key action points throughout the movement of the loads.  We will be there from the start until the satisfactory delivery of each load.
